CHINO BASIN WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT ANNUAL POSTER CONTEST 2011 – 2012
The Chino Basin Water Conservation District is inviting K-12 schools and individual students within the District’s boundaries to participate in the District’s annual Poster contest. The theme of the poster contest is “Promoting Water Conservation”. We have two categories and therefore two awards this year:
For K-6, the student with the winning entry will receive a check for $250 and if applicable, the winning respective qualified class (minimum 10 individual entries) will receive teacher’s choice of educational and art supplies totaling $1000.
For 7-12, the student with the winning entry will receive a check for $250 and if applicable, the winning respective qualified class (minimum 10 individual entries) will receive teacher’s choice of educational and art supplies totaling $1,000.

2011-2012 Winners

K-6 Winner Zachary Araneta
The K-6 winning entry came from, Zachary Araneta, a student at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, in Montclair.
The 7-12 winning entry came from, Leslie Pasos, a student at Vina Danks, Ontario Montclair School District.
Posters are on display, under the marquee in front of our offices at 4594 San Bernardino St, Montclair CA.
