Rosemary

Here is a versatile plant.  Rosemary can be used in cooking, flavoring sauces, made into herbal teas for cramps, congestion and baths.  They will cover a part of the garden that gets very little or erratic watering.  Growing in coastal conditions as well as hot inland climates, makes this plant survive even those who claim to have a brown thumb.  Some varieties are upright to 5 feet, making a nice untrimmed hedge and some  are small, making good groundcovers as short as 1 foot.  Either way, this plant adds a wonderful aroma to the garden.  Blooms from mid summer thru fall.
