CHINO BASIN WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
LAWN & GARDEN WATER SAVING TIPS
CBWCD's Demonstration Gardens have been established to show the beauty and practicality of drought tolerant plants. Because in Southern California, at least half of the water consumed in households is used in lawns and gardens, conservation efforts in minimizing its use in these areas will save water and money. Selecting appropriate plants, using efficient irritation methods, and following sensible maintenance guidelines will cut water consumption and reward you with beautiful a garden retreat in the true California style.
