Mr. Hofer has been a Director for the District since first being appointed in-lieu of election in May 1996.  Shortly thereafter, Mr. Hofer was elected from among his peers to the Board position of President, a position which he has held since that date.  Mr. Hofer is presently on the District's Education and Personnel Committees and for several years he was an active member of the District's Finance Committee. 

Mr. Hofer is a farmer.  He resides and works in Ontario.
