Mr. De Haan has been a Director for the District since first being appointed in-lieu of election in September 1998.  Shortly thereafter in December 1999, Mr. De Haan accepted the Board position of Treasurer and has successfully held that added position of responsibility ever since.

Henry is a 1969 graduate of Ontario Christian High School.  He has owned and operated the Henry De Haan Dairy located on Schaefer Avenue in Ontario since 1984.  Mr. De Haan is married to Pattie Kimm and together they have three children and four grandchildren.  Besides being a homemaker, his wife of 31 years is a part-time secretary for the First United Reformed Church in Chino.  Their son works as a CPA for Van Dyk and Hicks accounting firm. Their daughters are staying at  home with their children.
